To reduce your waiting time at reception, plan ahead! We recommend booking directly on the hotel's website reservations@hotelcitadelle.fr and paying remotely. Your invoice will be sent to you by email.
We use, as far as possible, approved disinfectant cleaning products that respect our environment. An ozonation air purifier after cleaning, to disinfect the room.
Hot beverages (coffee, large selection of teas, chocolate), milk, large assortment of cereals, breads, large selection of homemade jams, honey, pastries, home-made cakes, cold cuts, cheeses, dried fruit, fruit, applesauce, fromage blanc and yoghurt, fruit juices etc.
We are happy to accept dogs at a cost of €12 per night, provided they are kept on a leash.
Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and wellness area.
Reservations are considered firm only on receipt of a guarantee cheque or a credit card number with expiry date and cryptogram.
The guarantee is equivalent to the amount of the first night, or 50% of the amount for stays of several nights.
All reservations at our reception desk imply reading and acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale, as well as authorization to debit according to our cancellation conditions.
For refundable reservations:
The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made up to 2 days before the date of arrival and 7 days before the date of arrival during the summer season.
In the event of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale, you authorize the hotel to charge your credit card for the total or partial amount as specified in the offer description.
From the age of 18, the tourist tax is compulsory and must be paid by our customers. This amounts to €1.10 per person per night.
